Anger is a taboo and stigmatized emotion to express and we experience it differently. This workshop talks about ways we express and cope with anger including topics of Anger Management, Dialectical/Cognitive BehaviouralTherapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy skills, exploration of varying expression modalities while normalizing and de-stigmatizing what it means to feel anger. Wednesdays | June 4th–June 25th| 4:00pm-6:00pm EST | Virtual| Open Drug Policy in Canada This workshop will explore the history and ongoing impacts of the “War on Drugs,” unpacking its roots in colonialism, racism, and neoliberalism. we will examine how drug policy has been shaped by systems of power and oppression, and how stigma has influenced laws, policies, and public attitudes—both historically and today. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how these forces intersect and continue to shape current drug policy, as well as the implications for communities, health, and social justice.
